HAAAABAAARI NJJEEMA KWA WANA..... najua mnanielewa saaana..!!

The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT; in Japanese "Monbukagakusho") of Japan offers Tanzanian students 4 types of scholarship to study at Japanese universities or colleges: Research students, Undergraduate Students, Specialized Training College Students and Japanese Studies Students.
Unfortunately, for the categories "Undergraduate Students" and "Specialized Training College Students", no Tanzanian student has passed the screening for several years. Different from "Research Students" where three seats are reserved every year for Tanzanian students, applicants for the categories "Undergraduate Students" and "Specialized Training College Students" have to go through the competition with the students from all over the world. We strongly wish that young candidates will break through this situation in the near future and enjoy their campus life in Japan.

Recruitment for 2014 scholarship has started for the three types below. Please follow the guideline for each scholarship and submit the necessary documents to the Embassy by Friday 14th June 2013 either by post or by hand addressed to the Culture section.
The embassy will contact those who have passed the document screening to take an exam at the embassy in July.

For the "Japanese Studies Students", recruitment will be done through the University of Dodoma for the students taking Japanese language course.
